Moss Withers, SIOR, MBA, is the Founding Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham and Wilmington. Since beginning his brokerage career in 2006, Moss has closed over 1,600 transactions totaling more than $1 billion, spanning land assemblages, office sales and leasing, and investment properties. He has been the driving force behind Lee & Associates’ expansion in North Carolina, growing the Raleigh-Durham office to over 42 brokers and 50 property management professionals with a 400% revenue increase in just four years, launching the Charlotte office, and most recently opening the Wilmington office.

In 2025, Moss was honored with both the Bill Lee Award, the highest recognition within the 1,200-broker organization, and the Triangle Business Journal Leadership Award, recognizing his exceptional leadership, integrity, and lasting impact. Beyond real estate, Moss is leading the development of a $90 million, 53-acre campus for GRACE Christian School in Apex, NC. Known for his strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to mentorship, Moss continues to set the standard for excellence at Lee & Associates and in the commercial real estate industry.
